Our client is a well established player in the UK asset finance sector who are currently recruiting for a Broker Manager to join their successful sales function. The role is responsible for driving the activities and performance of new and existing broker relationships – the role covers around the M25 and surrounding area.
The primary focus is to galvanise existing broker relationships and devise a strategy to improve the quality and quantity of new business written, in addition to securing new broker relationships via regular visits to build and maintain relationships. You will also act as the primary point of contact for broker connections for larger value deals (£500k +).
Experience in asset finance is essential with some proven experience in managing and developing broker relationships. Good financial analysis skills are also required as some transactions require credit and structuring intervention by the broker manager.
