The successful KYC Officer will be a key member of the customer-facing team covering all aspects of managing the bank’s front-facing processes and delivering a market-leading experience. Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer onboarding and ID&V processes
- Keeping customer data up to date in our CRM
Your work will directly contribute to how our customers experience our digital banking offering. You will be pivotal in both the execution of processes that contribute to the successful day-to-day management of the Bank, and in designing and optimising those processes to ensure optimal efficiency and appropriate risk management.
