They are looking to appoint a part time Head of Compliance on a contract basis for two days a week. They are looking for an experienced interim SMF16 (Compliance Oversight) holder to formally discharge this Senior Management Function for a 12-month period. The role exists to provide immediate, credible regulatory oversight. The individual is expected to work closely with, and actively support the development of, the Group Senior Compliance Manager during the engagement, with a structured handover built into the term.
