Our client is a well established business offering a distinct Audit and Assurance service for their Asset Based Lenders and debt providers. Due to growth they are looking to recruit an Operations Executive to support their Auditors.
- Maintain the audit schedule for cash in transit and sub hire audits and standby annual reviews
- Liaise with Clients and Counterparties in relation to their provision of data for the relevant audits and reviews
- Analyse data files provided by the Counterparties and prepare Audit Workbooks for the Auditors
- Manage Client and Counterparty data in line with the relevant Data Retention Policy
- Conduct cash in transit and sub hire desktop audits in line with the relevant scope
- Conduct Annual Reviews
- Provide reports for submission to the Operations Director in relation to the findings of the Annual Reviews
- Provide second line sign off for the approval of payouts in relation to Client funding transactions
- Support the on-boarding of new Clients, taking a key role in the Due Diligence process
- Identify and assess risks and risk management controls, to ensure that risks are appropriately identified, reported and monitored
- Identify areas for improvement
