Asset Manager/Remarketing Manager – Hard Asset Finance

Our client is a multi-national asset finance business, who are continuing to see significant growth and success within their UK business.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced asset manager who will be predominantly responsible for end of lease activities to include:

1. Maximising income from maturing assets in the Operating Lease/RV Risk portfolio.
2. Optimising the return value of assets recovered through default or insolvency to mitigate business impairment.
3. Lead negotiations on lease renewals and asset returns as well as overseeing asset inspections and audits.
4. Working closely with the wider asset management team.

The successful candidate will have strong experience of managing an asset portfolio, along with in-depth knowledge of hard asset classes, including transportation and construction equipment.

The role is Hampshire based, with 3 days required in the office.
