Our client is one of the leading names in the UK SME asset finance sector. Due to continued success and growth they are looking to appoint an Area Development Manager to cover the Midlands region within their specialist manufacturing team.
You will identify, target and acquire new asset finance business, in addition to managing and developing existing customers to maximise ongoing and repeat opportunities. In addition you will structure and package new business transactions so credit skill would be an advantage.
Experience of the asset finance sector would be a distinct advantage, manufacturing industry knowledge would be preferred, but direct general asset finance sales experience is very much of interest. We are also keen to speak to motivated salespeople selling capital equipment within the machine tools/manufacturing sector.
You will be well organised, have strong negotiation skills, be confident in liaising with customers from a wide range of backgrounds, and able to build excellent relationships internally.
