The Company: Highly regardedSheffield based advisory firm who are looking to add an experienced and Financial Services Co-ordinator to the private wealth focused wealth management arm of their financial planning team. Office Location: Central Sheffield Hybrid Working: Yes – Flexible across office/home working up to 2-days WFH Package: £25-27k base + annual bonus and full company benefits: Flexi-benefits package on top inclusive of an auto-enrolled pension, 2xDIS plus personal health cash plan Holidays: 25-days + stats The Role: A focused administrative support role to a private wealth advisory team focused on servicing HNW private clientele. An overview of duties includes: Processing all new/existing business Financial Planner activity scheduling and client meeting co-ordination. Client on boarding including AML checks, client record generation and on-going records maintenance. Distributing all relevant internal and external applications, and actively managing the progress of the applications.
