The Company: Highly regardedSheffield based advisory firm who are looking to add an experienced and Financial Services Co-ordinator to the private wealth focused wealth management arm of their financial planning team. Office Location: Central Sheffield Hybrid Working: Yes – Flexible across office/home working up to 2-days WFH Package: £25-27k base + annual bonus and full company benefits: Flexi-benefits package on top inclusive of an auto-enrolled pension, 2xDIS plus personal health cash plan Holidays: 25-days + stats The Role: A focused administrative support role to a private wealth advisory team focused on servicing HNW private clientele. An overview of duties includes: Processing all new/existing business Financial Planner activity scheduling and client meeting co-ordination. Client on boarding including AML checks, client record generation and on-going records maintenance. Distributing all relevant internal and external applications, and actively managing the progress of the applications. Preparing client review reports with relevant supporting documents and processing the post review paperwork.
