Job Description

The Company: A prestigious, Mansfield based Financial Planning firm who are part of a larger professional services group are looking to attract an experienced Financial Planner to their team. This will be someone who has ambitions to step into a ‘head of’ type role short-term. The need to hire is focused on the initial inheritance, and subsequent servicing of a private wealth focused client bank; with experience managing HNW, private clientele very much key to being successful in this role.

  • Office Location: Mansfield
  • Hybrid/Home Working: Yes – Flexible

Package: £65-75k base DOE & full company benefits

The Role: To provide high-quality financial planning and wealth management services to an existing portfolio of private wealth clients, while also generating new business through warm, in-house leads:

  • Deliver independent financial advice across various areas focusing on high value investments and trust work
  • Conduct comprehensive client meetings to understand their financial position, objectives, and risk appetite.
  • Create and present tailored financial plans and recommendations based on individual client needs.
  • Monitor and adjust client portfolios regularly to ensure they remain aligned with financial goals.
  • Utilise cashflow modelling to build comprehensive financial plans, updating them in line with review schedules and life changes.
  • Ensure all advice complies with current financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, advice provided, and portfolio management activities.
  • Foster and nurture long-term client relationships, offering continuous support and financial guidance.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with clients and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
  • Confidently manage client reviews both remotely and in person.

The Person: You must be QCF level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum, hold CAS and come with private wealth focused advisory experience.
