The candidate will have extensive experience in Test and Remedial contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical testing and inspections in social housing and local authority properties.
- Perform fault finding on electrical installations to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on test results and remedial work carried out.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Tester.
- Proven experience in the social housing and local authority sector.
- Familiarity with Test and Remedial contracts.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
