  • Supporting Knowledge & Data and AI-related projects, including trialling proposed new systems, features and tools, and providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Maintenance and ongoing development of the firm’s legal taxonomies, metadata structures and classification frameworks, including input into rules that underpin automated and AI-driven processes.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to optimise the quality and accessibility of the firm’s know-how, helping to drive adoption and effective use of knowledge systems across practice areas.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for knowledge lawyers and other users, supporting the structuring and curation of content within the firm’s central knowledge systems.
  • Collaborating with IT and other teams to coordinate the testing, development and ongoing optimisation of the firm’s knowledge, search and AI-enabled systems.
  • Supporting the evaluation of search and AI outputs, helping to improve accuracy, relevance and overall performance.
  • Production of statistical usage reports and analysis of the firm’s knowledge systems, using insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Building continued momentum in the visibility, use and effectiveness of the firm’s knowledge and data tools across the business.
  • Contributing to initiatives that promote engagement with knowledge systems and encourage a more data-driven approach to knowledge sharing.

To be suitable for this role, candidates will need a mix of the following experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in a knowledge management or information services role in a legal, corporate or professional service environment (likely 1–2 years’ experience).

  • Highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A critical thinker that enjoys the challenge of problem solving, particularly in relation to data, systems and processes.
