- 5+ years' experience delivering technology, innovation, transformation, or operational improvement programmes within a professional services environment.
- Strong project and programme management capabilities.
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, workflow optimisation, and process redesign.
- Proven change management and technology adoption experience.
- Understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, and digital workplace technologies.
- Experience working with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Share Point, Power BI, workflow automation tools, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience delivering cross‑functional projects involving multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
