This role is part of a highly respected knowledge team working on a range of strategic projects including the firm's work on GenAI and works with a range of practices who also have practice aligned knowledge lawyers. There is no requirement for specific sector/practice experience; all sectors can be considered.

Key Responsibilities- Support and facilitate the firm’s knowledge sharing initiatives, aligning with the overall Knowledge Strategy.
- Develop and optimise client-facing knowledge content, systems, and value-added services to enhance client relationships and demonstrate value.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Business Development & Marketing, to ensure effective dissemination of knowledge.
- Assist in reviewing and refining internal and external knowledge offerings to improve efficiency and showcase the firm’s expertise.
- Participate in firm-wide projects, including data management and exploring new technologies such as GenAI to drive efficiency.
- Support the development of a standard Knowledge offering across international offices, especially where no dedicated Knowledge Development Lawyer is present.
- Identify emerging trends and hot topics within Knowledge Management to maintain best-in-class standards.
- Deliver training, updates, and insights to relevant teams to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Help track and refine KPIs to demonstrate the ROI of Knowledge initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and SRA standards and regulations.
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE, preferably with experience as a PSL/KDL or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of client priorities and areas of focus.
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Capable of inspiring confidence across all levels of the business.
- Ability to develop and utilise internal networks effectively.
- Proactive, self-aware, and capable of working independently.
