A multinational London based Law Firm has a new requirement for an Insight and Intelligence Manager to join their growing Knowledge Management function. This is a newly created individual contributor role for which the objectives are to provide a bespoke research and analysis service to support a number of key stakeholders and stakeholder groups within the firm. The role will have a broad remit of research and analysis work that includes the provision of actionable insight to support BD, Marketing and other strategic initiatives. The role will also be responsible for the development of the research service including the identification and implementation of research tools and resources.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Research and analyse economic, market, and legal trends to identify risks and opportunities for the firm and its clients.
- Produce clear reports on clients, sectors, and markets, highlighting business opportunities and their potential impact.
- Support client-targeting and business development through company, sector, deal, and league table analysis.
- Provide research and insights to support lateral recruitment and strategic growth initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business intelligence needs and align outputs with firm strategy.
- Recommend and manage competitive intelligence tools to ensure access to relevant, high-quality market data.
Required qualifications:
- Considerable research and analysis experience gained in a legal or professional services setting.
- An expert in the provision of actionable insight utilising multiple data and information sources.
- Broad research expertise that encompasses the ability to pivot across multiple sectors, topics and industries.
- Highly refined relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience across a wide spectrum of data, information resources and reporting tools.
- An ability to present, to make recommendations and to persuade or influence senior stakeholders.
