We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team in Bradford. As a leading automotive company, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and efficient resolution for any warranty claims they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review and validate warranty claims according to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with customers, dealerships, and suppliers to gather necessary information and documentation for warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, service, and finance to ensure proper handling of warranty claims.
