Automotive Service Advisor\\nBasic UP TO £25,500\\nCIRCA £33,000 OTE\\nWakefield\\n\\nC&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an automotive Service Advisor to join a successful and well established aftersales team based in Wakefield.\\n\\nPrevious experience working within an aftersales department as a Service Advisor in the motor trade is essential for this role.\\n\\nRole Overview for a Service Advisor in Wakefield\\n• Meeting customers on arrival and providing them with a seamless service, from drop off to vehicle handover.\\n• Booking customer vehicles in for Services, MOT’s and/or repairs.\\n• Updating customers with progress on their vehicle, as well as authorising additional work and making follow-up calls advising on additional work that may need to be completed.\\n• Liaising with the Workshop, Parts and Sales department to ensure customers vehicles are ready on time.\\n• Upselling of work, parts and accessories whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products and services.\\n\\nRequirements for a Service Advisor in Wakefield.\\n• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor.\\n• Experience in working within an aftersales department.\\n• Full driving license is required.\\n• Stable career history.\\n\\nIf you have the relevant experience and would like to know more, contact Jamie Clarkson at C&B Recruitment
