We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful motor trade business in Rotherham who are looking for a Sales Administrator to also carry out responsibilities as a Vehicle Processing Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company within the automotive industry, offering stability, progression, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
- Processing vehicle orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing the administration of new and used vehicle sales
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries and ensuring all required documentation is completedSupporting the sales team with day-to-day administration tasks
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for handover in line with company standards
The Person
- Previous Motor Trade experience is highly desirable
- Strong administration skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems etc.)
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
