HGV Technician/Fitter Basic £45,000 – £50,000 OTE £53,000+ (Overtime Available) Leeds C&B Recruitment are working with a well-respected company who are looking to grow their existing team of HGV Technicians and Fitters. The role will be to maintain their existing fleet ranging from 7.5T to HGV. You will ideally be NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent. (Time served applicants with a minimum of 5 years’ experience will be considered) Role Overview The role will be to maintain, repair, and Service HGV/LGV vehicles. MOT Prep. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects on all vehicles and related ancillary equipment, replacing parts as and when necessary in line with Company and legislative requirements Work in line with all H&S guidelines and policies. Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation to the required standard. Work alongside the parts and warranty departments. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent. (Time served applicants with a minimum of 5 years’ experience will be considered) Class 1 or 2 would be preferable but is not essential. (our client is happy to put individuals through these) Experience working within fleet maintenance would be desirable.
