Responsibilities: – Assist with cost management, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects. – Support the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and contracts. – Monitor and report on project costs, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities. – Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery. – Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities and valuations. – Help with the negotiation and administration of contracts. What We’re Looking For: – A recent graduate or postgraduate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent). – Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. – A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the field. – Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks. – A genuine passion for the construction industry and delivering high-quality results.
