I'm working with a specialist business change consultancy that's continuing to grow its presence across the UK secure government sector and is looking for an experienced Business Analysis & Business Change Consultant to join one of its major transformation programmes. For those considering a permanent opportunity, you'll have the chance to progress through to Enhanced DV (eDV) clearance, unlocking access to increasingly complex, high-profile programmes and providing a clear pathway for long-term career development within the business.
You'll be joining a consultancy that's known for delivering meaningful transformation, working alongside experienced consultants on high-profile government programmes rather than simply providing resource.
We're looking for someone with experience in:
- Communications management and change communications
- Business analysis and requirements gathering
- Business change and organisational change initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Service design, service transition and operational readiness
- As-is and to-be process mapping
- Change impact assessments and business readiness
- Supporting adoption and embedding new ways of working
