I'm working with a specialist business change consultancy that's continuing to grow its presence across the UK secure government sector and is looking for an experienced Business Analysis & Business Change Consultant to join one of its major transformation programmes. For those considering a permanent opportunity, you'll have the chance to progress through to Enhanced DV (eDV) clearance, unlocking access to increasingly complex, high-profile programmes and providing a clear pathway for long-term career development within the business.

You'll be joining a consultancy that's known for delivering meaningful transformation, working alongside experienced consultants on high-profile government programmes rather than simply providing resource.

We're looking for someone with experience in:

  • Communications management and change communications
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Business change and organisational change initiatives
  • Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
  • Service design, service transition and operational readiness
  • As-is and to-be process mapping
  • Change impact assessments and business readiness
  • Supporting adoption and embedding new ways of working
