We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Change professional to support an HR and IT transformation programme. The successful individual will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with HR, IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and business needs.

Analyse current-state processes and define future-state operating models.

Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and document business processes.

Identify process improvements, gaps, risks and opportunities for change.

Support the development of business cases, functional requirements and change impact assessments.

Work collaboratively with project managers, technical teams and change professionals to support implementation.

Assist with stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption activities where required.

Track actions, dependencies and business readiness throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Essential Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Change professional within HR, IT or business transformation programmes.

Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and process mapping skills.

Experience supporting process improvement and organisational change.

Excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
Desirable

Experience with HR systems, HRIS implementations or digital transformation.

Familiarity with change management methodologies and business readiness activities.

Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
