Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Change Consultant to support complex transformation and service improvement programmes. You will lead analysis and change activity, translating business objectives and user needs into practical solutions that can be successfully implemented and sustained in live service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Define business and service requirements, assess options and develop recommendations.
- Develop user journeys, process models and future-state operating models.
- Lead change impact assessments, readiness planning and adoption activities.
- Support service integration, governance and transition across multi-supplier environments.
- Contribute to operational handover, benefits tracking and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong business analysis and business change experience in complex environments.
- Experience in requirements gathering, facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of service design, operating models and service transition.
- Awareness of service management, SIAM principles and multi-supplier governance.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and influence stakeholders.
