Senior Business Change Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Change Consultant to lead change activity across complex transformation projects.
You will lead discovery, facilitate workshops and shape future-state processes and operating models. You will drive change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning and adoption support to ensure changes are successfully implemented and sustained.
The role requires strong business change experience, excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate strategic objectives and user needs into practical, deliverable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery, workshops and structured analysis.
- Shape future-state processes, service designs and operating models.
- Lead change impact assessments, readiness and adoption planning.
- Support stakeholder engagement, communications and training needs.
- Support service transition, operational handover and continuous improvement.
- Track benefits and use performance data to inform recommendations.
