We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a complex transformation programme. The successful individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing project activities, ensuring milestones are achieved and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery ofprojects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs and status reports.
- Coordinate business,IT and third-party stakeholders to drive delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.
- Monitor progress, manage resources and elevate delivery challenges where required.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Business Change professionals to ensure requirements and change activities are aligned.
- Support business readiness, implementation planning and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience managing projects within IT or business transformation programmes.
- Strong project planning, governance, risk and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project dependencies.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- A track record of delivering projects within agreed timelines and objectives.
Desirables
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or PMP.
