I'm currently partnering with a growing specialist business change consultancy that's making a real impact across the UK secure government sector. Unlike many larger consultancies, they're focused on delivering meaningful, sustainable business change rather than simply supplying resource. Their consultants work alongside clients to solve complex transformation challenges, with a strong emphasis on long-term outcomes, operational improvement and successful service delivery.

Following continued growth and several major programme wins, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile transformation programmes within highly secure environments.

The role

You'll play a key role in coordinating project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery remains well governed, risks are proactively managed and programmes transition smoothly into live operation. Working closely with delivery teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders, you'll help drive successful outcomes through effective planning, governance and operational readiness.

You’ll ideally have experience in:

  • Project or Delivery Management
  • Business Change or Transformation
  • RAID management
  • Governance and reporting
  • Service Transition and Operational Readiness
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Multi-supplier or SIAM delivery environments
  • Planning, scheduling and dependency management

Essential

  • Active UKIC DV clearance
  • Ability to work 4 days per week onsite in Cheltenham

Why this opportunity?

  • Join a consultancy that's growing rapidly within the secure government sector.
  • Work alongside experienced consultants delivering genuine business change on complex government programmes.
  • Be part of long-term transformation initiatives where delivery quality and operational outcomes are at the heart of every project.
  • Help shape programmes that support the future of secure government, including initiatives embracing AI and emerging technologies.

If you're looking for your next contract, or simply want to hear about opportunities coming up over the next few months, I'd be happy to have a confidential conversation.
