Senior Business Analyst - Active eDV clearance required - Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Change professional to support a complex transformation programme. The successful individual will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

Gather, document and validate business requirements.

Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirements-gathering sessions.

Develop process maps, workflows and supporting documentation.

Identify gaps between current and future business processes.

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and recommendations.

Work closely with project managers, technical teams and business stakeholders.

Support solution design, testing and implementation activities.

Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.

Manage requirements changes and maintain clear documentation.

Support stakeholder communications and ensure solutions meet business needs.
