I'm working with a specialist business change consultancy that's continuing to grow its presence across the UK secure government sector and is looking for an experienced Business Analysis & Business Change Consultant to join one of its major transformation programmes.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex business change initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design future-state services and processes, and support successful transition into live operational environments.

You'll be joining a consultancy that's known for delivering meaningful transformation, working alongside experienced consultants on high-profile government programmes rather than simply providing resource.

We're looking for someone with experience in:

  • Business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Business change and organisational change initiatives
  • Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
  • Service design, service transition and operational readiness
  • As-is and to-be process mapping
  • Change impact assessments and business readiness
  • Supporting adoption and embedding new ways of working
