Compensation
Base pay range: $100.00/yr – $150.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of family law matters with minimal supervision
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Develop case strategies and provide clients with realistic assessments

Candidate Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar
