Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location : London Bridge

Salary: £30k-£40K | First Year OTE : up to £100K (Must have Temp/ Contract experience recruiting in the UK markets, in the Construction, Industrial or similar markets, either White or Blue Collar)

Their teams are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and candidates, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join their team.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles. You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs and ensure you are providing the best candidates for their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.

• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with the best service.

• Negotiating rates and contracts with clients and candidates.

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

• Screening candidates in order to send the right candidate for your client’s requirements.

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus Construction, Industrial, Logistics, Driving or similar markets.

• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have Business Development experience
