The Marketing Manager leads multi-channel marketing activity that builds the Cazoo brand, drives engagement, and supports commercial performance. The role blends creative delivery with data-driven decision-making, overseeing brand consistency, campaign execution, content creation, social media, and reporting, while working collaboratively across the business.

About the Role:
- Champion the Cazoo brand, ensuring a consistent look, feel, and tone of voice across all channels.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the marketing content calendar, reflecting our challenger positioning.
- Lead integrated, social-first campaigns across organic and paid channels, working with internal teams and external agencies.
- Own organic social end-to-end across B2B and B2C channels, staying ahead of trends and driving innovation.
- Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Define and own reporting frameworks, analysing performance (engagement, CTR, CPA, ROI, sentiment) and turning insight into action.
- Develop campaigns, competitions, partnerships, and influencer activity to grow engagement and first-party data.
- Support brand partnerships and ensure contracted rights and deliverables are met.
- Oversee content creation from idea to delivery across formats (social, video, blogs, SEO, reviews, podcasts).
- Manage website content updates (CMS: Sanity) and support SEO initiatives when required.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, insight, and People teams to ensure aligned messaging internally and externally.
- Manage suppliers, POs, and marketing spend, contributing to planning, roadmaps, and forecasting.
- Govern brand assets, approvals, and compliance, including claims, disclaimers, and data-related messaging.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strong proven experience across brand and content-led marketing.
- A fearless self-starter, confident pitching bold ideas and trying new approaches.
- Creative and proactive, with strong attention to detail, tone of voice, and brand consistency.
- A creative thinker with an analytical mindset, comfortable balancing ideas with insight.
- Confident using social platforms and digital tools (bonus points for experience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or Canva).
- Proven experience delivering marketing, social, or campaign activity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social, SEO, influencer, and partnership activity.
- Skilled in campaign analysis and performance reporting.
- A natural storyteller with commercial awareness and a focus on driving growth.
- Experienced and confident working with agencies, including briefing and collaboration.
