This role ensures our marketing keeps pace and provides sales teams with the tools they need to have better conversations with dealers.
You’ll own the dealer‑facing brand across all channels, manage the commercial case for working with us and bring sales collateral in‑house so agencies aren’t required for internal projects.
This bridge role sits close to the sales floor, working two days a week from the Richmond office.
- What you’ll be working on
- Campaigns
- Build and run always‑on activity across paid and organic social, email, trade press and online to raise awareness and drive inbound leads from dealers.
Manage end‑to‑end production of newsletters, trend reports, audience insights and product updates; brief agencies when needed; and use GA4 and Salesforce to track performance and adjust accordingly.
- Brand and content
- Serve as the brand guardian for Cazoo B2B, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint—Linked In, You Tube, the B2B website, paid media and any materials the sales team uses.
Manage organic social and collaborate with the growth team on paid channels.
- Events
- Own B2B events from brief to post‑event reporting.
- Sales support
- Act as the go‑to for sales teams on brand, collateral and campaign questions; present in weekly sales meetings and All‑Hands; produce and maintain master sales decks, video collateral and case studies; keep centralised resources organised and current.
- Some of the work is administrative and there is no separate Marketing Executive role; we are upfront about this.
- What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in a fast‑paced B2B environment, delivering marketing, social and campaign activity.
- Track record of driving inbound lead generation across online and offline channels.
- Strong creative instincts and rigorous attention to detail on tone of voice and brand consistency.
- Confidence in campaign analysis and performance reporting, GA4 and Salesforce in particular.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing: organic and paid social (Linked In especially), email/CRM and partnerships.
- Experience at briefing and managing agencies.
- Self‑starter comfortable pitching ideas to senior stakeholders and following them through.
- Useful but not essential
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next
- Experience in automotive, retail or another fast‑moving consumer brand
