As the Social Media Manager at Cazoo, you will own end‑to‑end social media strategy, content creation, community management, reporting and the Brentford partnership across Instagram, Tik Tok, Reddit, Linked In and Facebook.
This is a creator‑first, platform‑native role for someone who understands the distinct needs of each channel.
- What You’ll Own
- Plan, produce, schedule and publish platform‑specific content, ensuring each channel has unique, native material.
- Build and maintain a single, organised content calendar that aligns all activities and provides visibility to the wider business.
- Work within a low‑budget, fast‑moving environment where creativity is valued over high production costs.
- Brief, manage and quality‑check external agencies producing brand‑aligned content on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with brand, product and customer teams to surface stories and turn internal events into publishable content.

- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media across Instagram, Tik Tok, Reddit, Linked In and Facebook.
- Deep understanding of each platform’s mechanics and how to tailor native content.
- Strong organisational skills, able to run a multi‑channel calendar without missing a beat.
- Experience managing agencies or external partners.
- Comfortable in front of the camera, presenting, and creating content yourself.
- Strong copywriting with a sense of brand voice; able to write in another tone without losing authenticity.
- Confidence with social analytics, able to transform data into clear recommendations.
- Quick, calm and sensible community engagement, even when situations become challenging.
