An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced executive to serve as Courts Administrator, the principal non-judicial executive responsible for leading Judicial Administration in support of the Chief Justice and the Judiciary.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the administration of the Courts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative, operational, financial, and professional services that enable the Judiciary to perform its constitutional functions independently, effectively, and efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years' senior executive management experience.
- Experience in a justice, legal, public service, or similarly regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of public sector governance and constitutional principles.
