This role directly supports that ambition by delivering a market‑leading programme of events and webinars, co-hosted with strategic partners and designed to inform and engage lawyers, accountants, consultants and wealth managers, and network with relevant businesses. Through high-quality content, expert-led sessions and consistent engagement, the Events & Webinars Marketing Manager ensures professional audiences fully understand the breadth of Caxton’s capabilities, enabling increased cross-service adoption and stronger long-term relationships. This role is pivotal in positioning Caxton as a trusted multi-service partner within the professional advisory landscape.
The Partnerships & Events Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing and activating strategic partnerships and events across the Caxton Group, reaching professional, business and consumer audiences alike. Working with priority strategic partners, the role plays a critical part in driving demand, engagement and revenue through partner-led marketing activity, owned events, webinars and thought leadership. This role combines relationship management, campaign planning and hands-on execution of face-to-face events and webinars, ensuring all partnership and event activity is commercially aligned, well-governed, measurable and consistently delivered to a high standard.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and manage marketing relationships with strategic partners across all professional services.
- Act as the central point of contact for partner marketing activity, ensuring clarity, consistency and delivery.
- Plan and deliver partner-led campaigns, content and communications that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Support partner onboarding from a marketing perspective, including messaging frameworks, campaign assets and communications.
- Collaborate closely with Head of Partnerships and Head of Professional Services, Product and Brand teams to ensure partner activity aligns with wider business priorities.
- Track, evaluate and report on partner performance, ROI and engagement to inform future strategy.
Events & Webinar Organisation and Execution
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Caxton-led events and webinars, including in-person co-hosted lunches, round tables and networking events throughout the year, partner webinars, and LinkedIn Live sessions.
- Manage event strategy, organisation, planning, promotion, execution and post-event reporting.
- Work cross-functionally to develop compelling event propositions and agendas, coordinate speakers, guests, internal stakeholders and partners.
- Ensure consistent brand and messaging across all event touchpoints.
- Drive audience growth for webinars, attendance and lead quality through targeted promotion and optimisation.
- Ensure events are delivered efficiently, professionally and with clear success metrics.
Monthly Currency Outlooks – Ownership & Execution
- Own the end-to-end management and execution of the Monthly Currency Outlook webinar, one of Caxton’s thought-leadership and lead-generation initiatives.
- Lead strategic planning for each Outlook, including topic selection and positioning aligned to market conditions and commercial priorities, speaker coordination and briefing (internal and external), audience targeting and growth strategy, webinar setup and scheduling, registration journeys and landing pages, email, partner and social promotion plans, live webinar logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and Brand teams to maximise attendance, lead quality and commercial relevance.
- Ensure clear handover and activation of post-event leads.
- Own performance tracking and reporting, including registration and attendance growth, engagement metrics, lead quality and downstream commercial impact.
- Continuously optimise format, content and promotion based on performance insights and audience behaviour.
Campaigns, Content & Communications
- Plan and deliver partner and event-related campaigns across email, social and web.
- Coordinate partner communications.
- Collaborate on content creation to support international payments thought leadership and event promotion and follow-up.
- Ensure messaging is clear, compliant and aligned with Caxton’s brand and tone of voice.
- Track and report on all partnership and event activity, including leads generated, attendance and engagement, conversion and commercial impact.
- Use insights to continuously improve event formats, partner campaigns and audience targeting.
- Maintain clear documentation, timelines and reporting to support transparency and scalability.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in marketing within or to professional services firms.
- Proven experience in partnership marketing and/or event marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written communication and content coordination capability.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
- Experience working across both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid role.
