We’re looking for an exceptional CRM & HubSpot expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, product usage and lead nurture across both B2B and B2C audiences. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role for someone who genuinely knows HubSpot inside out - from building workflows and automated customer journeys to optimising the full marketing‑to‑sales funnel for measurable growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and optimising our HubSpot CRM end‑to‑end
- Designing and building automated customer journeys and lead nurture workflows
- Driving B2B and B2C retention, engagement and product usage
- Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align data, content, and commercial outcomes
The details:
- Hybrid role – 3 days per week (2 days in our London office)
- 6-month fixed‑term contract (with potential to extend)
