We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and experienced FX Sales Manager to join our established Foreign Exchange team and play a key role in scaling our corporate client portfolio. This is not a maintenance role; it’s a front-line, revenue-generating position for someone who thrives on winning new business, building meaningful client relationships, and delivering tangible commercial impact. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle, working with CFOs and senior finance leaders to help them navigate currency risk, optimise international payments, and unlock efficiencies across their treasury function. With strong internal support from dealing, onboarding, and in-house market analysts, you’ll be empowered to position yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Winning new business: Identify, engage, and convert high-value corporate clients with FX and international payment requirements.
- Build a strong personal pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and referrals.
- Owning the full sales cycle: Lead high-value deals end-to-end — from prospecting to close.
- Confidently engage and influence CFOs, Finance Directors, and business owners.
- Develop deep relationships at senior levels and become a go-to partner on FX strategy.
- Understand each client’s business model, international exposure, and risk profile to deliver tailored solutions.
- Driving revenue growth: Consistently exceed individual revenue targets and contribute to wider team success.
- Convert opportunities into long-term, revenue-generating accounts.
- Partnering internally: Work closely with dealing, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience across the client lifecycle.
- Representing the brand: Actively build your presence in the market through events, roundtables, and client engagement.
- Stay ahead of macroeconomic and FX market trends to provide credible, insight-led conversations.
- Maintaining discipline in execution: Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity through CRM tools with a high degree of accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B FX, payments, or financial services sales.
- A consistent track record of winning and growing high-value corporate relationships.
- Strong knowledge of FX products (spot, forwards, orders) and how they apply to real business needs.
- Experience dealing with mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally in an international trade context.
- Confidence operating at C-suite and Finance Director level.
- A consultative, solutions-led approach — focused on solving problems, not just selling products.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance environment.
- Strong pipeline management and experience navigating both short and long sales cycles.
What Will Set You Apart
- An existing network of corporate FX clients or introducers.
- Experience working with internationally active businesses (import/export, multi-currency exposure).
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Why This Role Stands Out
- High earning potential – Direct impact on your revenue and upside.
- True ownership – Full control of your pipeline, clients, and commercial success.
- Credibility in the market – Backed by strong infrastructure, competitive pricing, and in-house FX insights.
- Growth environment – Join a business with clear ambition and momentum in the corporate FX space.
- Exposure at the top level – Work directly with senior finance decision-makers across a wide range of industries.
If you’re someone who enjoys building, winning, and being recognised for commercial success, this role offers a platform to accelerate your career and earnings in a high-performance FX environment.
