Role Overview
Weβre seeking a creative, hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to lead branding, content, and communications for two exciting consumer prepaid card brands – Caxton Travel Money Card and Nimbl Pocket Money Card . You will also be instrumental in launching and promoting our brand-new Travel Extras offering, including airport taxis, lounges, parking, and more.
Responsibilities
- Brand and Content Marketing: Lead storytelling, craft compelling copy for diverse audiences, plan campaigns, oversee social media content, manage website content, and support Travel Extras promotion.
- Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Campaigns: Design automated customer journeys using HubSpot, develop programs to boost retention, card usage, and reduce churn, and create targeted email campaigns.
- Reporting and Strategy: Monitor and optimize marketing performance, test messaging, and stay updated on digital trends.
- General Tasks: Collaborate with teams, manage content workflows, and contribute to brand visibility projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand marketing, digital marketing, and strategy
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Candidate Profile
We seek a creative thinker and strong copywriter with experience in marketing automation, segmentation, Canva, and email marketing, along with excellent project management skills and a positive attitude suited for a fast-paced environment.
