This internship is designed for high-performing individuals who want a serious route into investment banking. It focuses on the work analysts actually do rather than classroom theory. You will gain hands-on exposure to financial modelling, valuation, transaction analysis, and the workflow behind live deals. You will work closely with experienced professionals and see how capital markets decisions are made, how companies are valued, and how transactions progress from initial idea to execution.

What You Will Work On

  • Build and refine financial models in Excel, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, and transaction comparables
  • Research industries, markets, and macro trends to support potential transactions
  • Help prepare pitch books, investor materials, and strategic presentations
  • Assist with client documents such as deal decks and financial summaries
  • Analyse company performance using earnings reports, filings, and M&A data
  • Support business cases, scenario analysis, and transaction structuring across active and internal projects
