About the Role
As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences in our bar and restaurant spaces. You'll prepare and serve beverages, engage with guests, and bring energy and personality to every interaction.
More than simply serving drinks, you'll be empowered to build genuine connections with guests, personalise their experience and help create memorable moments that keep them coming back.
This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some daytime hours to support our busy lunchtime service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a warm, friendly and professional welcome to every guest.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
- Crafting cocktails and making recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
- Taking food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
- Building rapport with guests and creating memorable, personalised experiences.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge across drinks, menus and promotions.
- Ensuring the bar is fully stocked, organised and ready for service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and supporting stock replenishment.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver smooth and efficient service.
- Checking identification and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
- Remaining guest-focused in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Following all food safety, hygiene and beverage service procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a Food & Beverage role within hospitality.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A friendly, confident and engaging personality.
- An interest in cocktails, wines, spirits and beverage trends.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- A flexible approach to working different shifts, including daytime and evening service.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues wherever needed.
