As Head of Corporate Accounting, you will be working in a fast-paced Finance department, leading a small team to deliver financial reporting for the global partnership group.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end accounting deliverables for Caxton management company entities.
- Monitor receipt of fee income (management and performance fees) into the group.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable function, ensuring robust internal controls.
- Manage the banking platforms and forecast the cashflow needs of the business.
- Review intercompany transactions, processing month end journals for consolidation.
- Monitor results against budget, providing explanation for material variances.
- Prepare compliance returns for the FCA and other regulatory bodies.
- Develop strong relationships with external auditors, other advisors and internal teams.

- Displays and operates at the highest degree of ethics and integrity.
