Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring across our three service areas of Water, Construction, and Compliance in accordance with company protocols, quality assurance requirements, and client specifications.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
- Provide a reliable, efficient, and professional service to our clients.
- Liaise with clients on-site to build trust and foster positive, long-term relationships.
- Maintain Enitial’s credibility by representing the company professionally in the field, keeping equipment, vehicles, and PPE clean.
- Respect company equipment and vehicles, ensuring routine calibrations and maintenance are completed as per protocols.
- Work as part of a team within regions, building morale and offering help when possible.
- Report deviations or non-conformances that could impact data integrity to relevant managers.
- Manage time efficiently, reviewing schedules and suggesting improvements.
- Accurately manage data, reporting it in the correct format and timely manner.
- Identify potential on-site works that could benefit Enitial commercially and improve client sites.
- Prioritize safety, reporting accidents and near misses immediately to managers and clients.
- Comply with the ‘Stay Safe’ remote working application when working on-site.
- Coordinate with laboratories and couriers to ensure sample compliance.
- Assist with on-site training of new employees to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Complete routine admin tasks including expenses and vehicle checks monthly.
