Compliance Coordinator
Location: NRM Bracknell with travel to NRM Swaffham
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role involves maintaining equipment records, arranging external calibrations, and controlling documents and records in accordance with our Quality Management System procedures. You will conduct audits of laboratory activities, administer proficiency testing data, and assist the Compliance Manager with non-conforming work and customer complaints systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment records and arrange external calibrations.
- Control documents and records as per Quality Management System procedures.
- Conduct audits of laboratory activities as scheduled by the Compliance Manager.
- Administer proficiency testing data, ensuring timely registration, testing, and reporting.
- Review and summarise proficiency testing results, highlight non-conforming data, and ensure appropriate investigations.
- Assist with the administration of non-conforming work and customer complaints systems.
- Prepare data for KPI reporting to senior management, monthly compliance meetings, and annual review meetings.
- Attend monthly compliance meetings and annual review meetings.
- Prepare information for annual UKAS audits, attend audits, and collate data for action close-outs.
- Monitor Internal Control data, recalculating/updating/applying new limits where appropriate.
- Assist in managing the Health & Safety policy.
- Perform any other reasonable requests as defined by the Compliance Manager.
Key Skill Requirements:
- Experience in an ISO17025 laboratory.
- Experience within a chemistry laboratory.
