Job Description
- Communicate professionally with all co-workers regarding discrepancies or queries.
- Report problems affecting quality or service delivery to the Team Leader or Section Manager promptly.
- Prepare and analyze samples accurately and timely.
- Report all samples correctly into LIMS.
- Prepare chemical standards and reagents following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Follow all provided Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain a professional image by keeping equipment, work area, and PPE clean.
- Use company equipment responsibly and report any damage immediately.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining morale and offering help when needed.
- Prioritize safety at all times, reporting accidents and near misses immediately.
- Assist with on-site training of new employees, ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience.
- Operate instrumentation such as HPLC, GC-FID, UV-VIS, and Amino Acid analyzers after training.
- Demonstrate diligence, compliance, efficiency, and effective communication.
- Seek continuous improvement and opportunities for personal development.
