As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our modern manufacturing team at our state-of-the-art facility in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire. The Role
As a Production Operator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our production lines operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of production equipment and processes. Working as part of a supportive team, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards
- Supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Working flexibly across different production areas as required
We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy working in a hands-on environment and are keen to learn and develop new skills.

Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating three-shift pattern Monday-Friday:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
