We operate from a state of the art production and warehousing facility based on one site in North Yorkshire. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Goods In Coordinator. Recruiting the right people is an integral part of our growth plans. As a Goods In Coordinator, you will play a key role in servicing the operational requirements of the Goods In team. Your duties will include:
- Creating and controlling the Goods In delivery schedule daily.
- Checking previous day’s delivery notes against receipts, amending any discrepancies found.
- Chemical stock receipting (via ERP).
- Reporting to the Goods In management team and taking a leading role in the smooth running of admin‑based tasks.
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of communication and work completion.
- Identifying and reporting stock variances, identification issues or batch discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Completing all procedural requirements and paperwork to a high standard.
- Being flexible and assisting other areas of the business with reasonable requests as required.
- Using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required at all times.
- KPI creation, input and distribution to relevant parties for Hauliers on time and in full accuracy.
- KPI recording and distribution to GI teams on receipting accuracy.
- Reversal of incorrectly booked in deliveries and rebooking accordingly.
- Booking in and scanning bulk paperwork into SAP PO for accounts.
