The role: We’re looking for a commercially driven Finance Business Partner to play a key leadership role within our Experiences Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll partner closely with the EMEA Senior Leadership Team to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making and help scale a rapidly growing global business. This role spans live operations, new business development, capital investment and long-term planning—offering real breadth and impact.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing high-quality financial insight, challenging thinking and shaping the future direction of the Experiences business across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across EMEA to provide financial insight, challenge and support strategic decisions
- Owning and driving financial performance across the live EMEA operational P&L
- Leading business planning, forecasting and reporting, including evolving to rolling forecasts
- Supporting and evaluating new business development opportunities with strong financial and commercial appraisal
- Managing and optimising the regional capital investment programme, ensuring robust governance and ROI focus
- Developing reporting frameworks across P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, capex and KPIs
- Driving a culture of ROI and performance, including analysis of marketing spend and investment returns
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Operations and Delivery teams to ensure commercially sound decisions
- Supporting transformation initiatives across finance systems, processes and automation to enable scalable growth
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making through insight and analysis
- Leading and developing team capability, including line management and coaching
Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for an experienced and high-performing finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and is confident influencing at a senior level.
About you:
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance
- Strong experience in business partnering within a high-growth, operational environment
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and add commercial value
- Experience evaluating investment opportunities and supporting business development activity
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Experience across financial reporting, planning, analysis and modelling
- Confident communicator, able to present to senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and developing others
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (SAP knowledge beneficial)
- Comfortable working across international teams and time zones when required
