About You

You’ll be working within a cross-functional team managing the delivery of their product roadmap, alongside the Product Owner and Tech Lead. A team player, you’ll be dedicated to delivering functional, user-focused digital experiences and help to cultivate and nurture an environment that enables our teams to succeed at this. You will have knowledge and experience of different delivery methodologies and be comfortable adjusting your style and methodology to fit the needs of the team and product. You’ll be comfortable leading a continual planning process in a complex environment at both a sprint and roadmap level and identifying dependencies across teams and services. You’ll use your delivery experience and skills to help the team deliver high quality work regularly and predictably in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be expected to accurately report on milestone progress at a product roadmap level but also interpret your team’s delivery metrics data and use this to improve processes as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working in a cross-functional squad
  • Experience working in a Software Development delivery focused role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience of implementing and improving delivery frameworks
  • Experience of identifying and escalating risks and issues pre-emptively
  • Experience of managing project budgets effectively
  • Experience working within a regulated environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of programme management
