What’s the role?
We\’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our growing marketing team, helping to lead and shape our customer engagement strategies across our AMEA and EMEA brands.
You’ll be at the heart of crafting and delivering personalised, data-driven multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS and beyond), with the goal of enhancing customer experience, improving loyalty, and driving commercial performance. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll continuously optimise journeys, test new ideas, and bring innovation into everything you do — all while driving key engagement metrics like open rate, retention, and customer lifetime value.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering real results.
About You
You’re a motivated CRM professional who understands the value of strong customer relationships — and knows how to build them. You have proven experience designing and running CRM campaigns end-to-end, with the ability to interpret data, optimise performance, and keep your eye on the bigger picture.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a CRM Manager (or similar) role
- Deep understanding of CRM principles and tools
- Strong data analysis and segmentation skills
- A creative and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast- paced environment
