About the role:

  • Act as the main trade and merchandising contact for our key strategic partners, working closely with the Client Lead to deliver partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain agreed SLAs between CAVU and the partner at all times.
  • Hold clear understanding of commercial dynamics between CAVU profitability & Indirect partner deliverables.
  • Dealing with day-to-day operations of managing pricing, inventory, product type and commercial performance aligned with contractual terms for each partner.
  • Define, manage and execute projects assigned to drive and maximise monetisation for Partner & CAVU.
  • Perform key reporting and analysis to evaluate and optimise sales performance.
  • Analyse sales performance by airport, placement on site, inventory type, etc. to determine actions to maximise CAVU / Partner return.
  • Monitor the ongoing performance of activity, making any recommendations for change and feeding this back to the partner / Client Lead.
  • The role holder will stay updated on aviation and travel industry trends and build a robust network of contacts.
  • This role is to act as the main contact for our key strategic airline partners.
  • The role should ensure that CAVU always maintains an excellent relationship with the airline.
  • The role should ensure that CAVU meets all its contractual requirements with the airline (including SLAs, reporting, and billing) whilst also continuously developing the partnership to deliver a step change in income for both parties.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel and Power BI as well as analysis, reporting and data storytelling skills.
  • Commercially astute with previous experience within a trading/e-commerce environment would be ideal.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and simple manner to a variety of audiences (at all levels).
  • Experience with client relationship management is desirable.
  • A problem solver, you’ll be excellent at working collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time whilst paying strict attention to details.
  • Experienced in delivering under pressure to tight timescales.
  • Self-motivated, resilient; demonstrate a strong work ethic, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
