This is a full-time, on-site Head Bartender role located in Marylebone London. The Head Bartender will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves preparing beverages to high standards, training bar staff, handling cash transactions efficiently, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with the wider team to create a memorable experience for guests is key.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Bartending and expertise in crafting cocktails and beverages
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and team collaboration
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service to ensure alignment with menu offerings
- Experience with Cash Handling, including transactions and reconciliation of sales
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage and mentor bar staff
- Understanding of health and safety standards in food and beverage operations
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead bartender role within a busy restaurant or bar is a plus
